Shipping

We ship across the United States, free on every order.

• Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: 6–10 business days, tracked door to door.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, the carrier controls delivery timing; occasional peak-season delays of a few days can occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at support@emberlow.com and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
