We want you to love your Emberlow Lamp. If you're not happy for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund — no questions asked.

How it works

Email us at support@emberlow.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions within 24 hours. Once your return is on its way, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault within 90 days, we'll replace it free of charge — just send us a photo. No return shipping needed.
